Subject: [tcb] 46 year old shocks!

Well I'm done with the body work and started doing the brakes and shocks so I
could get KGB rolling again.

Front Shocks were a bitch (under the rust, blue paint and found VW logo on
them), but finally got them off.

But the lower bolt on the bottom shocks are stuck!  PB Blaster, force, hammers,
heat, stuck!

Any suggestions?

So the shocks, all four brake drums and a couple of the wheel cylinders have VW
logos.

I think the 66,000 miles are original miles.
