Hello Sisters!
I just wanted to give you all some information about the District
Fundraising we will have at convention next weekend! If you read no
further, just remember. BRING CASH! The NCD fundraisers will need to be
paid for in cash. Please read on for more details on each of the
FUNdraisers we have planned!
*#1 Penny Wars*
We have been collecting change throughout the year. This will continue
throughout convention with the winner being announced on Sunday! *Pre-rolled
change would be greatly appreciated! *Please read below for the details!
Pennies are positive 1 point
Silver coins are negative whatever value
*****IF YOU ARE USING PAPER MONEY, PLEASE SPEAK WITH *MARTIN******
Any paper money not documented as POSITIVE will be counted *NEGATIVE*.
*Paper Money Breakdown*
$1 = 100 points
$5 = 600 points an extra 10 per $
$10 = 1300 points an extra 30 per $
$20 = 3000 points an extra 50 per $
*#2 NCD Escape Room!*
The district council has been working on a fun new event! We have created a
short TBS themed Escape Room!
- Groups will signup by going to the TBS Fundraiser room at these times:
- Friday: 7:15-8:15 PM
- Saturday: 5-6 PM
- Signup will be *"first come, first serve"* as time to participate will
be limited.
- The *time limit is 10 minutes*, but could take anywhere from 5-10
minutes.
- It costs *$5 per group!*
- Groups will be *4 Sisters* in total
*#3 TBS Flag Ribbons*
We will be selling State specific ribbons you can attach to your name tags
this year! Each of your states has been matched with a color of the TBS
flag! Each ribbon will cost $1 and in order to purchase the ribbon for your
State you should seek out the appropriate DO!
- Abby = Indiana
- Emily = Illinois & Kentucky
- Maddy = Ohio
- Martin = Michigan
Being this is the first year we have done something like this, we ordered a
limited number of ribbons so don't wait to make your purchase!
