in just a few days! March 1st at 11:59EST is our deadline for the first
part of running for district office. In order to complete the next step,
you must have filled out this form.

To be considered you must submit a complete application including the
following documents:
1.
Intention to Run for District Office Form (
https://forms.gle/1f5NsaY9parpbkJR7)
2.
Candidate information cover sheet.
3.
A professional resume that includes work experience, musical
participation, Tau Beta Sigma history, information on your accomplishments
and other applicable activities (2 page maximum).
4.
Short answer question responses (3 page maximum).
5.
Three letters of recommendation (see guidelines on page 2 below for
specific requirements).
Submission procedures:
First, you must complete the Intention to Run for District Office Form (
https://forms.gle/1f5NsaY9parpbkJR7). This form is to be completed by March
1st, 2020.
Then, a completed cover sheet, resume, and short answer responses should
be sent via EMAIL in one PDF document to the following on or before March
18th, 2020:

The District President, Katie Brink (ncdpres@xxxxxxxxxxx)

The Presidents of all NCD TBS chapters. Email addresses are attached
with the application.
Recommendation letters should be sent directly to the Counselors from the
author. Please see page 2 of this application for specific recommendation
letter guidelines and requirements.
