Hi Folks,
The Washington State Fair is quickly approaching and Alice Few was kind enough
to setup a signup link via signupgenius for us to use and well, signup! This is
a free web service for non-profits like TAS to coordinate activities and event
schedules for groups.
From your browser, simply click on the link below or carefully copy and past
the entire line to your browser's address field which will take you to our "TAS
2016 Puyallup Fair Booth Signups!" page.

It's really pretty easy so just follow the instructions. As it mentions, if you
are new to the TAS hobby hall booth at the fair, try to select a time slot
where an experienced member is already signed up. This helps with answering all
the questions and concerns about what to do and what questions will be asked.
For those who have been there, done that at the fair, by far the most
frequently asked question is, "Where's the bathrooms?".
Once you sign up for a slot, you will receive an email confirming your slot
date and time.
Remember you will need to coordinate with John Pettite to get tickets to enter
the fair. He will be annoucing ticket availability at the next general meeting.
Yea, these are free to TAS members doing booth duty. For those with questions
about parking, these tickets allows us to park our cars in the
"employee/vendors" lot (Silver lot east of the fair grounds at the corner of
9th Ave SW and 11th St SW) and take the bus from the parking lot to the red
(north) gate and back. Smiply park, walk up to the lot entry to the large tent
and wait for the little yellow school bus that comes about every 10-15 minutes.
Oh, and remember to have fun. It's the fair!!!
