Steve's topic of the evening is “Tales from the Dark Side, Eclipse Lessons
Learned”.
This presentation is light-hearted, entirely timely and fast-paced for the
entire family. It is about Steve’s attempt at preparation, "lessons-learned"
from decades of skillful and "lucky" eclipse chasing and his approach to
planning to view the upcoming 21 August total solar eclipse.
This SAS meeting will be at UW Physics & Astronomy Auditorium Wednesday at
7:30pm in the main auditorium hall.
Steve is also a life-long student, as passionate about volcano sciences, deep
sky observing as he is about eclipse-chasing.
