Please, finish it. You did not remove Parse.nested and
PARSE_TAIL. And maybe something else.
Ok, I've removed nested, and some redundant macro definitions.
I've grepp(ed) 'cd src/box/sql; grep -ir nested'
there are still few "nested" words, but they are not about Parser and should be
kept.
