The main unit was working fine when I last used it with Nuendo 8 but it
has been at least 10 months, it boots up perfectly as the attached photos
show. The jog wheel gets "sticky" but prior to their closing the folks at
SmartAV told me it is rather easy to open up the bottom of the unit and
adjust the jog wheel. The main unit is also missing the drawer which was
damaged when the units were shipped to me. Ribbon cables powering the
"Hold" lights under the main unit faders were replaced as were a couple of
faders, I may have a spare or two in storage.
The extender boots up but then crashes. I've been told it is most likely
a bad drive but I do not know for sure as I switched to the Nuage when
SmartAV went under.
