Hi all.I may have missed something here but I find there are some fairly serious limitations when reading text files using talks. Firstly, you can't do any kind of search for text. This was an issue when reading the talks manual but I got round it by loading the online manual and then saving the web page to the phone. Talks says this feature is not supported but I am glad to say the manual is wrong.
As far as I know, there is no way to copy cut or paste text when reading text files with talks on third generation phones. am I correct about this and if not, how do you do this?

This may be off topic to your question but the other day I opened a word doc in Quick office on my N82 and of course it wouldn't read. I then went to options and save as and on file type I pressed select. I then had a choice between word doc or txt. I chose the txt file and then saved. I had to leave Quick Office to read it using Nokias own text reader but it is a way round for simple Word documents. Looks like it's only provided as a viewer by default, as there's an option to "upgrade and edit". Do you know if this package will work with Talks if you shell out the cash to buy the editing version? Best wishes.
