simply press the hash key twice in rapid succession in a text entry field
like a new text message, you'll hear Talks say dictionary upper case,
dictionary lower case, then upper case, then lower case then numbers as you
toggle through the options. There are five when pressing the hash key.
pressing it twice will go from dictionary upper case, to upper case without
the predictive text feature.
