Thanks for the early reply. I know that setting exist there and I have enabled it but sometimes the problem accurse. So, what is the remedy to get rid of it?

If you want to set the duration of a call and for talks to tell you when you finish the call, to the best of my knowledge you would go to Tools and Phone and within the phone options you would be able to turn on this facility.
