I don't think you can transfer tones that came with the phone, but if it is one you have created yourself, then you can do it, as suggested, via Bluetooth. You'll find it if you look under profiles/customise [or whatever it is called], there will be options for ring tones, text tones etc -

files to copy even if I was able to do it?

Probably the easiest way to do this is by using Blue Tooth
between the 2
phones.  However, Please remember that there are some Nokia
tones that are
right protected, and you will not be able to transfer to
another phone even
though it is a Nokia phone.

Hi

I have a ringtone on my nokia c5 that I like to use for my
text messages,
how can I transfer it or copy it across to my nokia e65, I
can't find the
files if I connect the phone to my pc, it isn't allowing me
to just send the
files, any ideas please? The file is called 8.aac.
