Hello Paul,
Go into the profile you wish to change, the fifth option down is ringing
volume. Select this and arrow left to turn it down, right to turn it up.
Talks will say volume followed by the number between 1 and 10. You should
hear the ring tone at that volume. Then press select again and your volume
will be set.
