You can also do it in Talks. Take a look at Automation. It can be handy if
you are busy and expecting a text.

Yes, it's for sighted people. You can set it up to read incoming messages
and Emails automatically when they are received for use when driving for
example. No need to use the feature when you have TALKS.

In the e-mail on both of these phones, there is an option to listen when a
very dull and dreary female voice reads the message very slowly.  It would
not even put me to sleep but drive to distraction.  Is this a gimic feature
for sighted people?
