on the sides of the e71 near the bottom, you will find a grooved button on
either side. you need to push both of these in then kind of hinge the back out
upwards slightly. to replace the sim you will need to remove the battery. sim
fits in a slot near the top of the phone just under the camra lense. it is a
bit fiddly to get out but with long nails it's not a problem.
