[talks-uk] e71 Accents

hi for anyone interested, I asked this question but nobody appeared to have the
answer. I have it now myself.
To write an accent, such as O grave or O Oumlet or O acute, whichever accent is
required press the CTRL key, (this is the default Talks key on the e71) which I
have moved so I can use it as CTRL then the letter o a number of times to get
the desired accent.
