-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 In the US, at least, it seems to have a way point for just about every intersection in the country. Not bad at all for a free program. I too don't think it's a replacement for way finder, but still a nice program to keep around. I just wish way finder didn't require a net connection. I'd much rather download a bunch of data to my phones memory card, rather than download it on an as needed basis. Oh well. Hi Philip, It is an aggressive atitude perhaps, but I feel that it tends to raise people's expectations. They see accessible GPS and expect it to do what it says on the tin out of the box, as it were, and it clearly won't do that for years, unless a lot of blind people start travelling about and collecting POIs. It does read out position, speed and heading which in certain limited circumstances I find useful. It is not a replacement for Wayfinder but resides on my phone and carries no penalty. It is freeware and works well with Talks. It has other features which you may find useful. There are also full instructions on the site. That's better than I'd dared hope. Even if the long and lat aren't accessible with talks, I can always get someone to read those, as I will need that information much les frequently. Thanks again! Longitude and latitude are more difficult, because the info screen doesn't read correctly with the current version of Talks. But the remainder of the inforamtion you want is quite possible. While we're on the topic of way finder, is there any way to get it to tell you your longitude and latitude, as well as elevation? Will it tell you what street you're on? Will it tell you your direction and speed of travel? I would like to get it, but I want to know its limitations first. Thanks!
