Eleanor, you could try entering the following in to Google to get a free
converter:
"wma to mp3 converter"
I have downloaded converters before in this way to convert WMA files to mp3
successfully.
If you have any problems with this, please let me know, and I will search for a
free converter for you, and then mail it to you as an attachment.
