Hi Debbie,
To my knowledge, Yes - you can get the handset unlocked , however you'll most
likely need to contact the network in question to obtain an unlock Code. This
typically costs around £20, but of course this could differ from provider to
provider.
The earlier phones such as the 3650, 6600 etc were much easier to untie, it
being possible to use various unlock sites and premium rate phone numbers,
which weren't always 100% guarantteed to work.
