Someone asked about the % symbol on the E71.

I asked a sighted friend who informed me that it isn't on the keyboard.
Then out of curiosity I asked what the talks key was natively.  He told
me it was a control and char key.  So I opened a note and pressed the
talks key twice..  I found that I could cycle through many symbols.  By
using the joy stick navigation key.  Including the percent sign.  Then
simply clicking the joy stick navigation key selected the symbol.

BTW: Talks gets a bit too much verbose in that dialog in places.
