Are you using a standard version of Talks?

  Hello Mark and all,

Alright, I tried labelling the icons but that didn't work. It looks the C5
uses the same icon for both new messages and missed calls. So giving this icon
a name won't help unless someone gives me a better idea for labelling icons.
I've only used the icon labeller once before so...

I'd be grateful if any of the C5 owners tell me if that how Talks behaves on
their phones.

  TIA,
  Amro

  Dear Amro

Sounds like you've done the obvious, is it difficult to use the graphics
labeller and try this?

Its frustrating and annoying when these things happen!

    Hello everyone,

As the subject says, Talks is not reading the new message and the missed
call icons on the active standby screen on my new Nokia C5. All Talks says is
(1). I believe Talks and the firmware are up to date on my phone. Is this how
Talks behaves on other C5 phones? Anything I can do to sort it out? I haven't
tried labelling these icons; I thought I'd check with people on list first.

    Any thoughts please?

    Amro
