[talks-uk] Talks and capitals announcement on E 71

Hello , I was updated my firmware to the latest since couple of days
ago , talks works decently but , it doesn't speak the capital letters
as I type , it should say: caps A , caps B , and so on , I reckon
that's something is disabled needed just to be recycled , edit key is
in the bottom left side of the handset , the button before the last in
particular , ; when I press that , it doesn't speak capitally as it
suppose , unless a sighted authenticated and accurate individual
conformed that it does type.
Any suggestion or recommend , that's enormously would be appreciated.
HAHAHAHAHAHA , I just found out! , the speak upper case option it was
set on no , rather I just toggled to be on yes , how fun I' am!.
