Hi.

It is highly recommended that you not install multiple versions of talks on the
phone. You could end up having more headaches than its worth and there would
be little benifit to it.

    Hi Steve.

First, before doing anything, make a note of the serial number of your
installation as it is specific to your phone. Use the application manager with
talks running and simply uninstall just the talks application which is listed
not the TTS engine which you can then reuse. Either use Bluetooth or the
supplied DKU-2 cable (the cable that came with the phone) and load the new
version of talks on to the phone using the Nokia application installer.

    Hope this helps.

      Hi all,

Due to the incompetance of vodafone, I need to remove the demo of 2.5 on
a 6630 and replace it with version 2. Do I just need to turn talks off, remove
the files from ap manager and blue tooth the version 2 files over to the phone
and then install? Or is there something else i need to do?

      Kind regards.

      Steve
