If nothing else works, you might just have to reformat your phone. Make sure you backup your talks and other programs' serial numbers first.

I'm still having trouble with my global positioning program. I've
uninstalled all the others, but the mini GPS refuses to uninstall. It quit
halfway through. Now when my phone starts, I get an apps closed error and
have to hit the OK button. If I try to start the mini GPS it really messes
up my phone. I really don't know what to do now; its not like a computer
wherein you can find a workaround to delete the files or folders.
