Thank you for that excellent advice. I x.ill play around with this. Maybe is there a section in the manual about this? I have to admit I learned everything I low about Talks just by asking how do I.:) now I an trying to write 3 dots in succession on my phone with no success. How do I do this? Maybe I have to put a space between each one. -original message- Subject: [talks-uk] Re: TALKS 4 UP AND RUNNING - AND A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS From: Dean Wilcox <wilcoxdean@xxxxxxxxxxx> Date: 15:03:2009 4:21 pm It may be beneficial to turn on Talks training mode and try random Talks key + something to get familiarised with the commands. These could include Talks + long press of up arrow to spell the line etc. Training mode can be turned on and off by Pressing Talks + 0. It also acts as a quick reference in the web browser as by turning training mode on just pressing the number keys on their own tells you what they do, for example 0 goes to end of page, 5 moves by link etc. At 15:54 15/03/2009, you wrote: >That was a brilliant question Carol asked as I was stuck on that one >and never though to ask. > >el >Eleanor >----- Original Message ----- From: "Steve Nutt" <steve@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> >To: <talks-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> >Sent: Sunday, March 15, 2009 3:49 PM >Subject: [talks-uk] Re: TALKS 4 UP AND RUNNING - AND A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS > > >>Hi Carol, >> >>Talks down arrow to read continuously. >> >>All the best >> >>Steve >> >>-----Original Message----- >>From: talks-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:talks-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] >>On Behalf Of Carol Pearson >>Sent: Sunday 15 March 2009 15:47 >>To: Talks UK >>Subject: [talks-uk] TALKS 4 UP AND RUNNING - AND A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS >> >>Hi all, >> >>Well, with no card and the small Bluetooth dongle I use for the PC not >>working, I decided there was nothing for it but to download Talks 4 again, >>this time straight to the phone.
