Hi barbara, Following my ongoing probs with my N82 Nokia informed me that they have a 2 year warranty on their products. There is also a freepost voucher to be downloaded and printed on the Nokia UK web site. I did not have my original invoice but Orange kindly printed a letter with all the phones details and I think that is where it is going! Give them a phone an see how you get on!
