The com could be co.uk, not sure. Anyway, the site is run by Martin Lewis and he is reliable, he is the guy you often see on TV to do with debt advice. Hope this helps. It has to be the contract holder for the particular phone who requests the unlock code. Simply ring Orange Customer Services and explain you want your phone unlocked. They will email the code to you and charge you on your next bill. I've only ever had my phones unlocked by the service provider so can't recommend any alternative web based services. I believe Orange offer this service for a fee? If this is so, does anyone know how to go about it? Also, apart from Orange can anyone recommend a good unlocking service to be found online? I never unlock phones myself so can't advise this friend. Thanks.
