Not sure if T-Mobile will do the same, but I lost my settings through a reformat one time and I rang Vodafone. They sent me the settings by text message and over the phone gave me a code to enter when prompted while trying to save the settings in the text. It was easy to do and I did not need any sighted help. Hi Peter. When you reformatted your phone, you deleted all the configurations for your phone which specify settings rather like dial up or TCP/IP network configurations on your computer. Please visit www.nokia.co.uk and do a screen search for settings. You can then have the settings for the network specific internet and MMS profiles sent directly to your phone via text message. You will need a little sighted assistance during this process as there is a graphical image you will need to type the characters from. This is a preventative measure to those would be abusers of the service, but to blind persons such as you and I, it is a pane in the ass. Hope this helps, Ibrahim ----- Original Message ----- From: "Peter" <Peter@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <talks-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, March 07, 2006 8:45 AM Subject: [talks-uk] Nokia Web. > Hi all, > Prior to my reformat of last week I was able to surf the web on my Nokia > 6260.
