Hi Saqib,

I am getting the opposite to you. I get a fix on my N82 in about 30
seconds. Keep the phone out of your pocket, it won't work so good.

All the best

Steve

Hi Steve and all. Could you tell me why the internal GPS receiver on the N82
is poor at picking up a GPS signal when out and about. The quality seems to
be worse than my 16 channel receiver. At least with my external receiver I
get GPS coverage within 2 minutes of being out on a journey. Sometimes I get
a signal straight away. Am I expecting too much of internal GPS receivers
within phones?
