No jackie but thank you, that was not the problem. Having asked the question, I then thought of the file of support I have had through the list and wondered what the problem might be. She was anxious to get it up and running immediately so I suggested the warm re-set and thankfull had the relevant information to give her. We tried that over the phone and that did the trick.

She has taken out the battery and put it back in but still nothing. Says a child on the bus told her that there was a padlock symbol coming up.
