Your operator has to support it, and I believe only Vodafone support it.

Hi all,

It's not a problem, but one of my  friends was talking about a feature
called "cell info" where you can get information about your current
position.  I turned the setting on on my phone, but Talks doesn't do
anything when I follow the steps they give me.  Does this feature not work
in all parts of the UK?
