Hi Tim, as far as I know you need not to back up anything related to Talks to reactivate it after reinstalling it. In Talks>Options>Registration choose Restore Registration after reinstalling and you should be OK. From there too you can get your IMEI number if you wish. Just go into Manual Registration... If you want to go down the installing everything from scratch method why not do a hard reset of your phone. I've never used an N85 myself so someone else hopefully can give you instructions or just try Google... Hope that helps a little. Hi All, Following problems I've had with some downloaded applications on my N85, and not knowing which applications I need to remove to reverse the situation, Plus problems with the help system not be available to Talks, I'm wondering about a complete re-install of Talks, possibly following a return to factory defaults for the phone to get rid of anything I've added. Can anyone tell me if I as a Vodafone customer, am allowed to do this? What would I need to save from the current config of my phone so that I could use the license for Talks provided with my phone, is it the IMEA number of the phone? If so, how do I get hold of this?
