Hi Steve, On the phone, go to the menu, then go to Tools, then Application Manager. In there, go to Options, then Settings. Software Installation is the first option and is set to Signed Only. Set it to All, and then back out the menus, and you will be able to install all the software. All the best Steve -----Original Message----- From: talks-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:talks-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Griffiths, Steve Sent: Tuesday 20 May 2008 15:47 To: talks-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [talks-uk] Certificate error I'm trying to install Talks 3.52.6 onto a Nokia E51 to run as a demo, and I get "certificate error. Contact the application supplier." The E51 appears in the list of supported phones; I've tried with the UK versions of Eloquence, RealSpeak and Vocalizer and got the same error; and I find the Nuance site really frustrating so I'm leaving that as a last resort. Does anyone know what the cause of this may be, or how I can get around it?
