I want to back up phone content. I check all the relevant boxes when backing up, but at the end it tells me the back up was complete, but that there were errors. I view the report, but this does not tell me what the errors were. When I open the file created by the back up, it just takes me back into the back up dialogue box again and restarts the process. So, what's going wrong? How can I check if my phone content is actually backed up on the PC or not? Any help much appreciated.
