Thank you for all of your hard work these past several months as members of the
TAC Committee.  Today’s ceremony could not have gone better, and it is a
tribute to your talent, dedication and energy.  I could not be more pleased
with the result of your efforts.  VERY, VERY WELL DONE!!!!

I look forward to hoisting a cold one as we get together for our standard
post-event hot wash.

Alan Baca has generously agreed to take over as Chairman next year, and I
promise to do everything that I can to ensure the best possible turn-over.  In
the meantime, I just wanted to tell you what a privilege it was to work with
each of you.
