[tabi] another way to tell if a domain name is free

Charles,
if you just want to know if a domain name is in use, just try and go there
with your browser. for instance, if I was wondering about tabi.org, I'd
just try to go to http://tabi.org and see what happened. if it can't find
it, then it's likely available.
