Dear Friends,
StarMetro is interested in utilizing volunteer drivers to help cut down the
wait time and travel time for riders with vision loss and blindness using the
Dial-A-Ride program. Volunteer Drivers will use a StarMetro van and will be
given a schedule of pick-ups and drop-offs throughout the Tallahassee area.
To assist help StarMetro with this new program, Lighthouse of the Big Bend is
reaching out to our friends in the community to find out if you or someone you
know might be interested in becoming a volunteer driver for StarMetro's
Dial-A-Ride program.
Anyone interested in becoming a volunteer drive is asked to complete the survey
found here - https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/5BHGGNF. From that point, a member ;
of the StarMetro team will contact you with more information.
