Colleagues,
Facebook has just made a page available on its site that will allow each and
every one of you to report issues you are having with the site and its
applications. You can also make feature requests by using this page. Use the
following link to visit the page. Please bookmark it for your reference.
When you provide reports, please be as specific as possible about what you
were trying to do when encountering an issue. The more specific you can be, the quicker Facebook will be able to address your problem. Below the URL for the Facebook page, I am pasting a general template you should use to record
your problem before you report it to Facebook. You can cut and paste the
text after you have filled out the template. Do the same if you are
requesting a new feature. Indicate that you are a member of the American
Council of the Blind when either reporting bugs or requesting features.
