I don't think it was a blind person that took them. I don't see a blind person doing a robbery, at least not this type. I think it was someone who read about it in the news papers that they were being loan to LHBB. I think the reason they did not take PC's is they were disturbed or got scared and grab what they could and ran. Just my thoughts.
