JOB OPENING
The Lighthouse of the Big Bend is hiring a full-time Data Entry
Specialist to coordinate data entry activities including referral
information, assessments and plans, service delivery hours, case
notes, and case information management. The position also coordinates
fiscal operations including coding revenue and expenses, maintains
fiscal records, contract compliance, and performs other
fiscal/contractual recording, storage, and retrieving.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· High level of organization and attention to detail.
· Good computer skills, including knowledge of data entry,
manipulation, and retrieval.
· Ability to put written information into Access and Internet databases.
· Experience in fiscal operations and bookkeeping.
· Ability to work in the Lighthouse office during business hours.
· Experience in fiscal operations and bookkeeping.
· Ability to follow complicated instructions and work well
under pressure.
SALARY: $25,000 - $30,000 annually with benefits (paid holidays,
annual & sick leave, health & life insurance, 6% matching retirement)
