I just hope that the sidewalks are for people only. I have seen some bicycles on sidewalks here and still have very much in my memory a horrible time from long ago. I was walking on a neighborhood sidewalk and some kid on a bike silently came up behind me and the front tire went between my legs and we both went down.

That would seem to make it the side opposite Governor's Square Mall. The south side would be the side where the road where FIRE used to be located.
