[tabi] Dial a ride

Dear Chip:
I have had a lot of problems using Dial a Ride. I have not used them lately.I
have good luck using Big Bend Transit.They charge me more, 5.00 a way, but at
least I can take them and be able to go.I was having a lot of hassles with
Dial a Ride .
I hope that this will help some of the people on the list.
