How does this sound?
Hi,
On Sunday, September 29th Trinity is having a special event to showcase our
small groups around the Church. These small groups include Sunday School
classes, Circles, missions, etc... This will be like a "club fair" in High
School where you would go around and visit each club's table to learn what
that club is about. This is the same idea! They are asking each small group
to register for a table, so that those in the Church looking for a small
group can come check out what your group is all about! What you need to do:
1. Register your group. You can click here to register:

know!
2. Have 1-2 people available on Sunday, September 29th to stand at your
table to talk and answer questions when people stop by.
3. Bring 1 savory and 1 sweet snack.
4. "Decorate" your table, showcase what your group is about. This doesn't
have to be complicated! You can put a pretty table cloth, vase of flowers,
bowl of candy, pictures of your group having a fun time, write up a little
narrative about what your Circle does, etc...
This is a great chance to invite new people into your Circle and UMW! :)
