I have a bakery case that I use at farmers' markets in the summer. If you'd
like me to bring it in for display that Sunday, or the Sat. before, I can
do that. I'd just need someone to help because it's heavy.
You don't have to, of course, just a thought. There's a picture of it on my
Facebook website I think, for the Alabama Brownie Company.

Our first Market Place fundraiser is almost here!!
Our *Trinity UMW Bake Sale* is Oct 30th from 8:30-11:30am in the narthex
and New Room lobby. Please go to www.signup.com/go/3MCAEp to sign up to
work a shift and bring a goody. Once at the website, click on the “Sign
up!” box under Cakes, Pies, Cookies, Brownies, and Candies”. You will then
be asked to enter your email address and confirm it. Hit NEXT and it will
ask you to create password (write it downJ). Hit Next and it will take
you back to our sign up page. Click on the “Sign Up” box under Cakes, Pies,
Cookies, Brownies and Candies” and register what goodies you will be
bringing. Then go to one of the 6 “Sign Up” boxes associated with “Work
Schedule” and sign up to work a shift in the Narthex or New Room lobby. I’m
sure I’ve made it sound much more confusing than it really is! Just follow
the prompts and you will be fine. Bring your goodies before 8:30 to the
narthex or New Room lobby on Oct 30th. We need little kid goodies like a
few cookies or brownies packaged together. Pies, cakes, candies always sell
well. Lots of people give our baked goods as gifts so make them look
pretty! Goodies will be sold by donation with the proceeds going to the
following MP charities and missions: TN Valley Family Services, Meals to
Grow, Carolyn’s Cupboard, Trinity Children’s Ministry, Trinity Youth
Ministry and Trinity Hispanic Ministry. Our People’s Choice Award
contributions will go to Hope Place. If you will remember, we made over
$1300 in an hour and fifteen minutes last year!! Our church is so generous!!
We will be using online sign up for our two remaining MP fundraisers, the
Chili Cook Off and the MP Vendor Event. These sign up links will be
announced a little later.
Your circle chairs joined us at our last MP committee meeting, so look for
them to be sharing exciting MP info at your next circle meeting. Remember
these future dates: Feb 12, 2017 Chili Cook Off (set up Feb 11Th), and MP
Vendor Event Mar 3-4, 2017 (Set Up Mar1-3).
