Hi Ladies,
Just a quick MP update for you as we head into the final swing!!
1) Please only sign up for hostess and set up / take down jobs through our
sign up genius link.
2) Please contact your circle chair to sign up for donations and work spots
for the soup cafe. The circle chairs should get their completed info to
Dixie no later than Feb 22.
3) Kay has one remaining spot open on Sat 11-1pm on the coffee cart.
4) Please find attached the MP flyer. Feel free to share it with your
FB/social media contacts and print it to take it to your favorite shops for
advertisement.
5) Kay is donating all the water and french bread needed for lunch so you
can delete those items from the soup cafe donation list.
6) Hostess volunteers should pick up their name tag and apron at the New
Room lobby hostess table when they arrive to work. the roamer can either
roam from room to room or be stationed by the elevator to direct guests to
all three venues. You may be asked to assist with helping guests to the
lunch room (Rm191) during soup cafe hours.
7) Every UMW woman is essentially a hostess when at MP. Please consider
wearing your Trinity name tag when you're shopping so guests can ask you
questions if necessary. Here's some basic info you might be asked by
guest: where are the rest rooms?(outside Wesley hall by the front office,
in the preschool lobby and behind the bake sale in the NR lobby), what are
your hours?(Fri 9-6pm, Sat 9-4pm), how long is the soup cafe open?(11-2pm
Fri and Sat), how many rooms do you have?(THREE - Wesley hall, Gym and New
Room lobby), where is a vendor located(the MP program has maps with vendor
location printed on it and there will be campus maps located around each
venue).
8) It's time to put out your MP yard signs! There are a few left for pick
by the Wesley Hal entrance.
