[swalalahos] Say’s Phoebe- Fort Stevens State Park

Greetings-

Dane Osis and I observed a lone Say’s Phoebe on the river beach at Fort Stevens 
this morning. The bird was actively fly catching in the wrack line and perching 
on low sticks and branches. The bird was in front of the tree line on the beach 
west of the drive on access. I’ve attached a screenshot of the last location we 
saw it as well as a poor cellphone photo.
