Thanks Richard
I will calculate the ideal grain density for my silicone propellant and see how
far I am from it with my casted grain.
Regarding silicone/AP propellant I am now degassing it. I have tried various
silicone and the one that works perfectly and easy to cast with a long pot life
is the following brand that you can get in the Netherlands

Hi everyone
I was wondering if someone knew how to calculate the theoretical density of a
propellant grain knowing the density of each components for that grain.
I wanted to do it for my silicone/AP based propellant in order to know how far
my grains are from ideal grain density and do some quality control before
firing my motors
