I noticed something interesting today, the one large smoke grain I made for
use sometime in the future has been sitting out in the open for some weeks
now as I figured the wax in it would protect it from moisture but when I
saw it now it had little beads of moisture on its surface likely just from
a small amount of kno3 exposed and then the wax stopping it from
penetrating.
