I've been considering high temperature silicone rubber but not sure if
will bond.
Bonding can be easely tested, but i beleive there can be a more
complicated problem here. If inhibitor at the grain end near the nozzle
does not enlarge its core diameter as fast as propellant, a piece of it
can come off and clog the nozzle.
I suppose I could just coat the ends with molten sugar withoutoxidizer
to
some arbitrary thickness and test it.
Maybe mixture of sugar and inert filler such as table salt will stand
better.
But it will contribute to thrust (and pure sugar too), so possibly it is
not suitable for ballistic test motor.
