Hi Nikolai, as this is a sugar propellant discussion list, I'll keep this
message 'on topic' by mentioning that sugar motors are my main interest,
and occupy much of my "research time". Lately though, I have been dabbling
with AP propellants to broaden my rocketry horizons. As such, I've
developed an APCP that I rather like and have had good success with. It
uses epoxy as a binder. But not just any epoxy, if *must *be the "two-equal
part" type that is used for coating table tops (in lieu of varnish) and
similar applications. There are a number of different brands available on
Amazon. I have used NuLustre and will be testing "New Classic" soon.

The formulation is:
AP 67.8%
Epoxy 25%
iron (atomized) 7%
lampblack 0.2%
The propellant is relatively slow burning, giving a 2 second burn for a
38mm motor. I can provide more info such as AP particle size and burn rate
parameters if you are interested.
