Since many on this list do small sugar motors without a motor eject system I
thought this might be of interest for those not in facebook rocket groups.
Eggtimer has their new Apogee only deployment altimeter on sale holiday sale
(ends today).
I built a couple in 1/2 hour each while listening to the designer Cris Erving
discuss the company on the Rocketry Show blog.
All of the components are through hole with just one surface mount capacitor to
solder on the board.
In all honesty, soldering on the brass nut for the built in on'off switch was
the hardest thing for me to do. Makes a great learning to solder project.
